I went to a gun show today- I spent most weekends as a youth either at antique shows or gun shows. So, I had a bit of nostalgia as we drove up an tried to find a place to park. There were thousands of people at the show. Lot's of bikers and lots of people from California, just lots of people- all walks of life.
When we were walking in, it was strangely comforting to see all of these people walking out of the show with all that hardware.

It wasn't just guns.
Some guy cleaned my glasses- so I bought some glass cleaner.

more Garden goodness

Just had a huge mess of collard greens from the garden. Yes, I love greens. There is nothing like greens, cornbread, turkey, stuffing and green bean casserole. I'm convinced stuff tastes better when you grow it yourself- probably all in my head (especially with a crop like collard greens)- but the affect is real. Yum-

Serve with favorite hot sauce and all that other must have comfort holiday food.
